  • How do I know if this course is for me?

    This course is for people who would consider themselves beginners and are just learning to cook. The content in this course is foundational meaning it will give you the tools to be able to tackle more advanced cooking styles, however it does not teach these advanced methods.

  • Are there live portions of this course?

    Yes! In addition to all the content you can do at your own pace, by purchasing this course you will be invited to regular live cooking classes with Q&A that take place virtually via Zoom. These classes will be recorded and available in your course dashboard. Exact class dates/times will be posted on the community page.

  • How long do I have access to the course?

    You will have full access to the course for six (6) months following your registration.

  • Can my teenager take this course?

    Absolutely! We just ask that an adult makes the purchase of the course per our terms and conditions and that anyone under the age of 18 has an adult present with them during the live cooking classes.

  • Can I take this course if I have an eating disorder?

    This course is designed with folks with eating disorders in mind which means that there is no talk about "good" or "bad" foods and no talk about calories. People with eating disorders are welcome to take this course if they feel comfortable being in an environment where food is the focus. Taking this course is not a substitute for engaging in eating disorder treatment and this course does not provide any individualized nutrition recommendations.

  • My life is super hectic! Do I really have time to take this online course?

    Absolutely! This course is designed for you to learn at your own pace and your own learning style. Lessons are a combination of videos, text, audio, and suggested assignments.

  • Can I share my login information with others?

    No. This course is for individual use only. I reserve the right to terminate your account and access to Course Materials if I discover that you have exceeded these terms of use by sharing your login or the materials in the Course with unregistered users. The exception is if you purchased this course to share with your teenager/minor.

  • Do you offer discounts?

    In order to make this course more accessible, the original course version is available at a discounted price. It does not include a community page or access to live classes with Q&A.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    Generally, we do not offer refunds, but we want you to be satisfied with your experience. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, contact us within 30 days of your purchase and we can discuss the situation. Any refunds will be subject to a $50 administrative service fee. If you are unsure if this course will meet your needs, please enroll in the free preview to get a feel for the course prior to purchasing.

Our original Cooking Foundations course offers the same great content and allows you to learn to cook at your own pace. However, it does not include live classes, Q&A sessions, or the community forum.

Christina Frangione (she/her) is a Registered Dietitian, Certified Dietitian Nutritionist, Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor, and Registered Yoga Teacher in private practice helping folks recover their relationship with food and their bodies. Christina particularly enjoys assisting individuals in breaking down the barriers to nourishing themselves; including teaching basic cooking skills, kitchen organizing, meal planning, and supporting an ideal sensory environment.
